Jodi is the proud owner and President of American Dream Abstract, Inc. a women-owned and operated business located in Patchogue, New York.

Jodi’s story of becoming a successful small business owner began when she stepped out on her own April 3rd, 2006 after running a title company for over a decade. She is the heart and soul of American Dream Abstract and her ambition to succeed is behind everything the company has accomplished.

Jodi has achieved a reputation of professionalism along with a high level of integrity among her team, as well as her clients. Her knowledge and diverse expertise in residential and commercial transactions afford her the ability to observe clouds on title and work with all parties to provide a solution to bring a quick resolve to clear.

To her credit, Jodi has paid much attention and detail to building a team around her that not only support her successful ambition, as well as, share her character traits of honesty, integrity and loyalty.
Jodi leads with a hands-on approach working with all team members and departments, as needed on a daily basis. She conveys that communication is paramount with each other and with all parties on a real estate transaction. Leading her team by example, she instills the art of assessing the needs of our clients and the constant evaluation of their changing needs, which has contributed to the continued growth of American Dream.

Jodi has established and maintained excellent client relationships, as well as relationships with all of our underwriters. She values the relationships we have built and work diligently to continue their growth.

Her vision for the growth of American Dream has continued into the next generation as both of her adult children are part of the Dream Team along with her Husband and other family members as well.
