Tina came to American Dream in the early part of 2018, as a welcomed addition to our experienced team. Her upbeat personality and happy demeanor made her an easy fit into the office staff team. Tina has worked in the title insurance industry for over 20 years and is well versed in the complete title process from application to closing.
Tina joined our team to take the lead Closing Coordinator role to handle the ever-increasing volume of closings. Tina began by preparing the closing packages from beginning to end and everything that goes along with it. From ordering title and tax contains to preparing all policies needed for closing. As the company grew and the closing department became busier, Debra began to assist Tina and some of the responsibilities were able to be shared. This has allowed Tina the time to pay close attention to detail to review any outstanding or last-minute items that arise with Jodi to ensure there is nothing that will prevent a smooth closing for our clients.Return to staff page
